today i woke up and weighed myself.
i gained a pound.
i sat on my bathroom floor sobbing.
for that one pound, i hate myself.
i will have to punish myself for it.
i'm pathetic and this isn't normal.

Hold up on punishing yourself, likely it's just water/food weight or, if you haven't lost your period, probably it's just water retention. Remember that two cups of water weighs a pound - yes, an entire pound: 16 cups to a gallon, and a gallon weighs eight pounds.

*hugs* If you can (since it's not always possible not to) try not to punish yourself since it may make your body more desperate for food if you plan to starve yourself more as punishment, and that will just cause more weight gain, and more self-hatred. You can always come here to rant, rave and let off a bit off steam if nothing else, we're here to be shouted too (in a way).

I don't really know much else to say, but I hope you can feel better one day.

it won't stay,
don't punish too much.
<3everything we do is "normal", to us.

yeah, well my weight is the same for almost 3 days. but I blame it on hormones. Even though I don't get my period, my hormones still fluctuate on a 28-30 day cycle. like, I get all the symptoms of PMS, but no blood. (eww sorry....tmi.) I tend to have a few days in the month where my weight goes up a lb or stays the same for a few days...like now. argh!

I can't "punish" myself though. I have to take it easy today anyways cuz I'm fighting off a knee injury.

and I agree with what someone else here said...if you stress too much about it, you get more hungry and more cravings.
